DIY Easy Vegan Bites

An energy pick-me-up is a must year around. We have delicious Vegan bites that will have you set for your whole day. Just remember to portion it out so you don't eat them all at once!

Ingredients:

-1 cup Almond pulp

-1 cup pitted dates (soaked in hot water)

-1-2 TBSP Date water

-1/4 cup raw cacao powder

-1 TBSP Maca

-1/4 cup coconut butter

-1/4 cup coconut oil

-1 tsp Vanilla

-1/4 tsp Salt

-1/4 cup hemp seeds

-1/4 cup oats

Directions:

1. Put all of your ingredients except for the oats in a food processor.

2. Blend your mixture.

3. Add your oats.

4. Blend everything.

5. Roll into bite sized balls.

6. Roll in cacao, bee pollen, shredded coconut, hemp seeds.
