If you've seen the video then you know that you can use it to remove your makeup, for obtaining healthy hair, and as a way to whiten your teeth.

But if you're here, you want specifics. We've got you covered, don't even worry.

Makeup Removal

-Take a few cotton balls

-One tablespoon of coconut oil (make sure it's pure)

-Dip the cotton ball into the oil and apply to your face. Makeup comes right off.

Coconut oil will also hydrate your face and it kills bacteria. Pretty amazing right?

Hair Hydration

Coconut oil is excellent for your hair. You can both hydrate your hair and help stimulate growth by using some on your hair. Our recommendation is to coat your hair before you sleep. Then, using a towel or a yoga mat, get into downward dog for 5 minutes. This allows the blood to rush to your head (where the coconut oil is) and allows for nutrients to absorb properly. Make sure to massage your head before you sleep and after the yoga.

You can either put a towel on your pillow or a shower cap to protect your pillow, and then get some good rest. In the morning wash the coconut oil out of your hair. You won't need conditioner or product.

If your hair is ever frizzy, putting some of this oil will also help your hair.

Whitening Your Teeth

Coconut oil can whiten your teeth. But this one is going to require some patience. We suggest your listen to your favorite music or do other things to distract yourself.
